Lollipopz Boutique is an online platform specializing in carefully curated apparel materials and featuring the proprietary YeaMe brand of ready-to-wear outfits for women. Based in Bangalore and managed by JVR (Jain V Reji) with leadership from Sruthy Noreen Lal, the business aims to provide comprehensive solutions for women's fashion needs. The company has plans to gradually expand into children's apparel as well.

Both JVR and Sruthy have backgrounds as engineers who transitioned into entrepreneurship. JVR, originating from a business-oriented family, founded his first retail store during his third year of engineering studies. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Level 10 Creations in Bangalore, a garment manufacturing enterprise. The group owns its own brands for men, including Hash 3 and Level 10, with a flagship store located in Kerala. Additionally, the LeeVee store in Kerala caters specifically to men's apparel requirements.

Sruthy’s professional background lies in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, having pursued her career in leading corporate firms within this domain. Her entrepreneurial pursuits are driven by a passion for leading teams towards organizational goals and innovative development.

Lollipopz is a subsidiary of Baby Leather Mart, a company with over 60 years of heritage. Established in 2017 in Kottarakara under JVR's leadership, Lollipopz was conceived as a comprehensive shopping destination for mothers and children. The inception coincided with the birth of JVR and Sruthy's son, Ryan, addressing the lack of a specialized one-stop shop for maternal and children's needs in the area.
